 The scientific activity and knowledge make sense when they can become the heritage of all. Communication needs to get out of scientific meetings and conversations among specialists to expand the common people, those who suffer, their relatives, teachers and all curious people. Only offering the knowledge to others, research and its findings make sense because they can change the lives of many and are not limited to being a cultural exercise. It is important that the information provided is "true" thus deriving from a real scientific experience and a deep knowledge of the topic. If it is a duty to communicate the science and knowledge, it is also an ethical duty not to talk about topics we are not really skilled as too often happens. Humility is the key attribute of a communication really useful for everyone.
