Since 2009 started a collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami, in the person of Professor Charles Nemeroff, Director of the Department. After a "Grand Round" held at the University, I joined the Faculty as a Voluntary Professor, which is the highest level of academic ranking and since then every year I travel to the University to give some lectures to graduates and meet medical doctors, psychologists and professors in order to exchange experiences and create collaborations. In recent years I have had the pleasure of build strong relationships with prof. Pedro Ruiz, prof. Philip Harvey, prof. David Loewenstein, Prof. Claes Wahlestedt, Prof. Sara Czaja, Prof. Elizabeth Crocco and Prof. Radu Savenau.
