Giampaolo Perna obtained the national scientific qualification to function as Full Professor in Italian Universities from the Ministry for Education, University and Research (MIUR) with the unanimous approval of the Board of Examiners composed by prof. Massimo Biondi, Prof. Corrado Barbui, Prof. Andrea Fagiolini,  Prof. Luigi Grassi e Prof. Palmiero Monteleone.
